     Mahasamund, April 15, 2014: A total of eleven Chandus are seeking votes in the high profile Mahasamund Lok Sabha seat of Chhattisgarh, including one from the BJP.

      A total of 27 candidates are in the poll battle in Mahasamund, which will go to poll on 17 April in the Second phase of parliamentary election.

     Prominent among the candidates are former Chief Minister Ajit Jogi from Congress and sitting BJP MP Chandulal Sahu.

     Interestingly there are eight Chandulal Sahu, including the BJP candidate and three Chanduram Sahu in the constituency

     BJP has accused Ajit Jogi of fielding so many Chandus in the seat to confuse the voters.
