     Raipur, August 18, 2010: Chhattisgarh Government today said it had demoted three of the officials of the Agriculture Department, taking advantage of the wrong policy who had been enjoying higher ranks and salary for ten years in the state.

     State Government had reverted to Assistant Director from Deputy Director Bal Vyasi Arora, Prem Narayan Sanger and Raj Kumar Gonekar of the state Agriculture Department, an official communication said.

     They had been wrongfully given promotion by the undivided Madhya Pradesh on June 21, 2000 and finally they were reverted to their actual post after ten years by the Chhattisgarh government, it said.

     The Chhattisgarh government had issued an order to this effect on August 7, last.
