Raipur, March 31, 2011: R C Sinha was today brought in to the state Secretariat after a long gap and has been made Principal Secretary Labour in place of Vivek Dhand.
After facing charges of irregularities, Sinha was posted out side the State Secretariat for a longer period, but he was today posted as the Secretary Labour along with his previous responsibility of Commissioner Labour.
Vivek Dhand was today made Principal Secretary Panchayat Raj and Rural Development by the Chhattisgarh Government.
Both the departments were earlier with Serjius Minj, who retired today as the Additional Chief Secretary to take charges of Chief Information Commissioner of Chhattisgarh, the post lying vacant for some time after retirement of another IAS A K Vijayvargiya.
Principal Secretary Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Affairs, Dhand has been given the departments of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development as additional charge, a government order said today.
