Raipur, August 10, 2011: The Weather Department today warned heavy rainfall in many places of Chhattisgarh in the next 24-hour.
Monsoon has been vigorous over West Madhya Pradesh and active over North Chhattisgarh, Meteorological Department of India said today.
In its forecast, the Weatherman said, moderate to rather heavy rainfall and thunder shower would occur at many places of Chhattisgarh.
Heavy rainfall would occur at isolated places over North Chhattisgarh during the next 24-hour, that means till Thursday, in a warning the IMD said.
