Jagdalpur, April 24, 2012: Senior IAS Durgesh Chandra Mishra today took over charges as the Commissioner of Bastar region of Chhattisgarh.
The 1991 batch promotee officer succeeded K Sreenivasulu, who went back to his parent Sikkim cadre after completion of the tenure of his deputation.
Mishra took over charges from in-charge Commissioner and Bastar District Collector Anbalagan P, official sources said.
Mishra was earlier posted as the Member, Board of Revenue.
