Lata Usendi becomes Women Commission Chairperson

     Raipur, August 06, 2014: Defeated BJP leader Lata Usendi was today made the Chairperson of the State Women Commission.

     Interestingly Lata Usendi was the Minister for Child and Women Welfare and Women Commission was coming under her Department.

     Women and Child Welfare Department today issued the notification of Lata Usendi.

     As the Minister for Women and Child Welfare she contested from Kondagaon seat and lost to the Congress candidate in the recently held Assembly election.
