Raipur, June 17, 2015: All the landline telephones of the office of Chief Secretary are out of order.
Due to technical fault all the telephones of the Chief Secretary Secretariat are not working, officials said.
Chief Secretary Vivek Kumar Dhand had to satisfy with the mobile as all landlines are dead, the sources said.
