Raipur, July 21, 2015: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today removed Dr Alok Shukla and Anil Kumar Tuteja from their posts.
A day after Chief Minister told media that Chhattisgarh government has written a letter to the Department of Personnel and Training of the Government of India seeking permission to prosecute both the IAS officials through the ACB, both were put on compulsory waiting.
When Chhattisgarh Anti-Corruption Bureau raided the 28 premises of the State Civil Supply Corporation (Nagarik Apoorti Nigam) and recovered millions of rupees Dr Alok Shukla was the Principal Secretary Food and Anil Kumar Tuteja was the Managing Director of the NAN.
After the state government sought permission from the Centre to prosecute Dr Alok Shukla and Anil Kumar Tuteja, both were shifted from their respective departments and posted without any Department.
