Bilaspur, October 26, 2015: A youth Congress leader today poured petro product and set himself on fire alleging harassment by a sub divisional magistrate of Bilha in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh Arjun Sisodia.
Rajendra Tiwari alleged that the SDM was demanding money from him and was harassing him and to protest that he set himself on fire in front of the office of the SDM.
In a serious condition Tiwari was shifted to Raipur for further treatment.
Meanwhile, former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Ajit Jogi demanded immediate arrest of the SDM accusing him of previously also harassing a person, who died subsequently.
For the self immolation of the Youth Congress leader directly SDM Sisodia was responsible, claimed Jogi and demanded FIR against the official.
