Raipur, January 16, 2023: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today made Amleshwar a municipality from a gram panchayat.
There will never be shortage of money for development of Amleshwar, the Chief Minister told a function after administrating oath to 22 members of the newly created Amleshwar Municipality in Durg district of Chhattisgarh.
Amleshwar is located in Patan constituency of CM Bhupesh Baghel in Durg district.
The Chief Minister said he had been telling the local people never to sale their landed property as many projects will be coming to the area and there will be steep increase in the prices of land.
The road connectivity has now been improved between Patan and Raipur, Baghel said.
Also a horticulture university is also coming up at Sankra near Amleshwar, he added.
