Jagdalpur, November 22, 2008: The Election Commission today ordered repolling in 33 places of Bastar division on Monday.
The Commission had decided to have repelling in 33 places of Bastar, Kanker, Dantewada, Narayanpur and Bijapur districts, Commission sources said here today.
In Kanker district seven booths of Antagarh constituency namely Amodi, Amakot, Koregaon, Jethegaon, Mandagaon, Kamta and Bade Pinjoli and two booths of Bhanupratappur, Hilchur and Kopakatel would go for repoll.
Similarly, seven booths of Narayanpur constituency namely Rengagondi, Hangawa, Totar, Adnar, Nahakanar, Tumudibala and Kudhur booths would go for repoll.
Harrakoder, Amlidhar and Kukanar of Chitrakot segment of Bastar district would go for repoll.
In Dantewada constituency, the Commission has decided to repoll in six places, Handabada, Pandewar, Kuper, Mangnar, Kidriras and Muler.
Similarly in Konta seat of the same Dantewada district, the Commission decided to have repoll in seven places namely Gogunda, Gondapalli, Pordem, Maroki, Michwar, Chintalnar and Gorkha.
Jharamarka booth in Bijapur seat would also go for repoll, the officials said.
