Raipur, November 01, 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted the people of Chhattisgarh on the occasion of the state foundation day.
On November 1, 2000 Chhattisgarh was carved out from Madhya Pradesh.
Heartfelt best wishes to all the people of Chhattisgarh on the state’s foundation day, the Prime Minister said.
“I wish that the state, adorned with a wonderful amalgamation of glorious traditions and tribal culture, continues to progress rapidly on the path of development,” Modi said in a message in Hindi on X.
Chhattisgarh was created on November 1, 2000 due to complaint of regional imbalances under the undivided Madhya Pradesh and after the creation of the new state it never looked back.
Today Chhattisgarh is competing with many big states in financial discipline and infrastructure development among others.
