Raipur, September 07, 2025: Why did the Manendragarh administration have to issue such an order that entry of any private or unauthorized person without permission will be completely prohibited in the government rest house. And parking of private vehicles will not be allowed in the rest house premises.
In the order issued from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Office of Manendragarh, it has been said that the allotment of the Public Works Department Rest House located in Manendragarh will now be done only with the permission of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate or District Protocal Officer.
The rest house will be used in accordance with the guidelines issued by the government from time to time and the prevailing rules related to hospitality and in this, priority will be given to the honorable guests authorized by the Central, State Government and District Administration.
It has been said in a government release that entry of any private or unauthorized person without permission will be completely prohibited in the rest house.
Prior approval and entry in the booking register will be mandatory for each allotment, in which the name, designation, office and stay period of the visitor will be clearly mentioned.
Also, parking of vehicles in the rest house premises will be allowed only for authorized visitors and government vehicles.
If the order is violated, it will be considered as an obstruction in government work and legal action will be taken against the concerned persons as per rules.
This order has been implemented with immediate effect, the release said.
