Raipur, May 26, 2026: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today extended his heartfelt congratulations and felicitations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the successful completion of 12 years dedicated to national service, good governance, and public welfare in his role as the ‘Pradhan Sevak’ (Prime Servant).

Chief Minister Sai stated that under Prime Minister Modi’s visionary, decisive, and people-centric leadership, India has entered a new era of service, security, self-confidence, and development.

Posting on his social media handle ‘X’, Sai remarked that over the past 12 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has transformed the mindset and working culture of governance, placing the spirit of service, good governance, and Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person) at the core, and ensuring that the benefits of development reach the very last individual in society.

He noted that the resolve Prime Minister Narendra Modi undertook to bring about positive changes in the lives of the poor, farmers, women, youth, the underprivileged, and tribal communities is today visible in every corner of the country.

The Chief Minister stated that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India is today establishing new benchmarks in terms of self-confidence, security, and global prestige. The country has achieved remarkable milestones in the spheres of a robust economy, modern infrastructure, digital revolution, self-reliance, national security, and social inclusion. The resolve for a ‘Developed India-2047’ is today advancing with the active participation and trust of the people.

Sai added that, in the context of Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Modi’s leadership has been particularly inspiring. In the Bastar and forest-rich regions—which were plagued by Naxal violence for decades—a new wave of development, trust, and public welfare is now clearly visible. Access to roads, healthcare, education, mobile connectivity, banking facilities, and government schemes has been ensured even in remote tribal areas, thereby bringing about positive transformations in the lives of the people.

He further stated that schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Digital India have infused a new sense of hope, dignity, and self-confidence into the lives of the poor, farmers, women (Matrushakti), youth, and tribal communities.

Sai stated that Prime Minister Modi’s vision of ensuring that the benefits of various schemes reach the last person in line has rendered governance more sensitive and accountable.

The Chief Minister remarked that Prime Minister Modi did not allow the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas’ (Support of All, Development for All, Trust of All, and Efforts of All) to remain merely a slogan; rather, he made it the very foundation of both practice and policy. Consequently, the nation is today advancing rapidly in the direction of development and social inclusion.

He further noted that Prime Minister Modi’s leadership is not only economically empowering the nation but is also infusing new energy into the spirit of cultural self-pride, national unity, and public participation. By elevating India’s global stature to new heights, the Prime Minister has instilled a renewed sense of self-confidence among the citizens.

Sai affirmed that, under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, the Chhattisgarh government remains committed to furthering the resolve for public welfare, good governance, and Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person). The State Government is actively ensuring that the benefits of Central Government schemes effectively reach the last individual within the state and that the fruits of development are shared by every section of society.

On behalf of all the people of Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister once again extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Modi, wishing him a healthy, illustrious, and long life. He also expressed his firm belief that, under his leadership, India would take its resolve to become a developed nation to unprecedented heights.
