Raipur, May 29, 2026: Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel today reviewed the progress of state’s Katghora-Dongargarh rail line, along with other ongoing rail projects in the state, and the State Rail Corporation Limited.
A meeting of the Chhattisgarh Rail Corporation Limited was held today at the State Secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel.
The meeting reviewed in detail the progress of the Katghora-Dongargarh rail line and other ongoing rail projects in the state, as well as the Board’s work.
Officials discussed the current status of construction work, technical aspects, and timelines.
Secretary of Commerce and Industry Department and Rail Projects Rajat Kumar, Special Secretary Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Commissioner Public Relations and Director Mineral Development Corporation Rajat Bansal, along with senior officials from the Finance Department and Railway Corporation were present at the meeting.
