Raipur, August 16, 2014: The Antagarh Assembly by-election would be held on September 13, the Election Commission today said.
Notification for the by-poll would be issued on August 20.
The counting of votes would be held on September 16, the Commission said.
After Vikram Usendi elected to Lok Sabha from Kanker as a BJP candidate he vacated the Antagarh seat.
The Election Commission has also enforced the model code of conduct in the entire Kanker district with immediate effect.
