Chhattisgarh Assembly sine die prematurely

     Raipur, December 17, 2014: Chhattisgarh Assembly was today prematurely declared sine die, even though it was scheduled till December 24.

    Speaker Gauri Shankar Agrawal declared  the house sine die.

     The house was convened from December 15 to 24 and it was scheduled for seven working days.

     However, on the third day the house was declared sine die prematurely.

     Many in the opposition camp said the house was declared sine die early as the Congress was dominating the proceedings with demanding resignation of the Chief Minister over Sterilization deaths and paddy procurement issues.
