Raipur, July 06, 2025: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today paid rich tributes to Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee on his birth anniversary.
The Chief Minister remembered Dr. Mookerjee by offering flowers on his photograph at CM House and expressed his views on his incomparable contribution.
Sai said that Dr. Mookerjee’s life is a symbol of patriotism, selfless service and unwavering resolve towards united India. Along with being a visionary politician, he was also a vigilant thinker of the society and a strong advocate of education, national unity and social justice. His personality and work still inspire the countrymen to serve the nation and dedicate themselves.

He said that Dr. Mookerjee fought a historic struggle for the unity and integrity of India and his sacrifice is still an indelible chapter of Indian sovereignty.
The Chief Minister said that Dr. Mookerjee’s dream was of a strong, self-reliant and glorious India. He laid the foundation of ideological clarity and politics of principles in India. With his resolve, he provided a strong foundation to the principles of Indian nationalism and social justice.
Sai said that the ideas of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee still stand the test of time and following his ideals will be a true tribute to him. They have to work collectively to make his dreams come true.
The Chief Minister said that all of them should take inspiration from his ideas and continuously strive to build a prosperous, self-respecting and strong India.
