Raipur, October 22, 2022: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today reached the historic Gole Bazar market for Deepawali purchases during Dhanterash.
The Chief Minister purchased earthen pots and other materials from the local vendors for Deepawali Pooja.
After the purchase, Baghel appealed to the people to buy local products to give a boost to the rural artisans and rural markets.
The Chief Minister also visited Hind Sporting Ground to buy crackers.
Baghel said, Corona had dampened the spirit of deewali previous two years. But this time people are seen more enthusiastic to celebrate the festival of light and the mood can be gauged from the crowd at the market places.
