Raipur, November 26, 2025: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today participated in the “Our Constitution, Our Self-Respect” programme organized at the historic Town Hall in the capital city Raipur on the occasion of the 75th Constitution Day.

The Chief Minister, along with the gathering, participated in the mass reading of the Preamble of the Constitution and expressed his allegiance to the Constitution.
During the event, Sai visited the exhibition organized on Constitution Day. He also watched a short film on the Constitution and took selfies with public to commemorate the occasion.

Sai said that India, the world’s largest democracy, has always progressed with faith in the Constitution. The Constitution gives every citizen the right to express their views freely and ensures freedom of expression.
He said that the rise of common citizens to positions like MLA and MP is a result of the Constitution’s liberal, inclusive, and democratic system.

The Chief Minister recalled the invaluable contributions made by representatives from all regions of the country in the Constituent Assembly in drafting the Constitution.
He especially remembered the citizens from Chhattisgarh who played an important role in the making of the Constitution of India and said that this historical participation of Chhattisgarh is a matter of pride even today and the thoughtfulness, democratic values and vision of nation building of these great public representatives will always inspire.
