Raipur, May 27, 2023: Congress government in Chhattisgarh has taken several steps to end Maoist related violence in the state, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said today.
“We have adopted the policy of Vikash, Vishwas aur Suraksha to end Maoist violence in the state,” Baghel told a function at Delhi.
The concept of Development, Trust and Security has started yielding better result, he said.
Bastar is changing so also Chhattisgarh in a positive direction, the Chief Minister said.
Chhattisgarh has adopted several new steps, which have become topics of discussions in the country.
Farmers of Chhattisgarh are getting maximum returns of their produces in the country, Baghel said and elaborated the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana.
The state is also proceeding towards organic farming, he said.
The gothans are now being converted into rural industrial centres with some of them even producing electricity and other products.
Paints manufactured from cow dung are well accepted by the people not with in Chhattisgarh but also outside the state, he said.
