Raipur, July 04, 2015: Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Vivek Kumar Dhand today denied the allegation of Additional PCCF Dr Anup Bhalla regarding promotion of PCCF.
The allegations of Bhalla are baseless, said Dhand.
He said the allegations made through a section of media by Bhalla against him are baseless.
Since Bhalla could not get promotion as PCCF on merit he was levelling such personal allegation, said the Chief Secretary.
Senior IFS Officer Dr Anup Bhalla had yesterday expressed his open and strong displeasure over the June 30 DPC and making A A Boaj as the new Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and leveled several allegations.
