Raipur, December 13, 2024: BJP National President and Union Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda today praised the works of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and said that the state government under the leadership of Sai in Chhattisgarh is working diligently to serve the people.

Referring to the achievements of the State BJP government which completes one year today, Nadda, who is also the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, while addressing the people in the Janadesh Parab programme organized at Science College Ground in Raipur today, said that due to the double engine government, the people of Chhattisgarh are getting double benefit.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Vishnu Dev Sai-led government in Chhattisgarh are working diligently to serve the people, he said. As a result of this, progressive development is taking place in the entire country and the state. Due to the double engine government, people are getting double benefit, he added.

While inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of various development works worth Rs 1124 crore, the Union Minister said that under the able leadership of the Prime Minister, 25 crore people of the country have come out of poverty.
Referring to the achievements of the Chhattisgarh government in one year, Union Minister Nadda said that the state government is working in public interest with full accountability on its own initiative. On the second day of the formation of the government, the Prime Minister Housing Scheme was approved for more than 18 lakh needy people of the state in the cabinet meeting. As per Modi’s guarantee, paddy is being purchased from the farmers here at Rs 3100 per quintal. The farmers have also been paid their due bonus of Rs 3716 crore for two years of paddy, he said.

In the programme, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai presented a replica of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple made of bell metal by the artists of Bastar to Union Minister Nadda.
In the programme, a work made of sand on the schemes of the state government by Padma Shri awarded sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik was displayed.

BJP State President Kiran Singh Dev gave the welcome speech. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao expressed his gratitude. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, former Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais and Bihar Cabinet Minister and State BJP in-charge Nitin Naveen, along with all the members of the cabinet, MLAs and dignitaries were present in large numbers in the programme.
