Raipur, August 29, 2024: To help the people during monsoon, the Government of India has launched two important apps to protect people from lightening and also get wide range of information on weather.
Through the Damini App people will be able to protect themselves and family from loss of life and animals due to lightning.
Due to the incidents of lightnings loss of life and animals is received in large numbers from many part of the state. Damini app has been developed to reduce these incidents and alert people, official sources said.
Through this app, you will get the forecast of lightning within a radius of about 20 kilometers.
With timely alert, this will help in preventing loss of lives of human and animals. Common people can also use this app to get the forecast of lightning occurring nearby and avoid damage.
Through the Meghdoot App farmers can get accurate weather related information informations. Through Meghdoot App, people will get information about weather forecast such as temperature, rainfall condition, wind speed and direction etc., so that they can get information about the weather forecast of their area.
Both can be downloaded on any Android mobile through Google Play Store.
