Raipur, May 08, 2015: Eminent educationist Dr Mandvi Singh was today appointed Vice Chancellor of the Rajkumari Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya.
The Music University is also known as Khairagarh University, in which Dr Mandvi Singh was appointed for the second time the Vice Chancellor.
Governor Balram Jee Das tendon appointed Dr Singh to the University.
After taking over charges Dr Mandvi Singh had brought about a lot of changes in the Music University.
