Raipur, December 10, 2025: The Election Commission today informed that upon the publication of the draft electoral roll will be made available on the Commission websites and also be available in EPIC (ID card)-searchable mode.

The Election Commission today informed that upon the publication of the draft electoral roll, and as was also done during the Bihar SIR, the booth-wise/assembly constituency-wise/district-wise ASD lists in all 12 SIR-going states/union territories will be made available on the websites of the respective DEOs/DMs (district-wise) as well as on the CEO’s website, and will also be available in EPIC (ID card)-searchable mode.

As part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in 12 states and union territories, the respective Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) will ensure that booth-wise lists of voters who have been marked as Absent, Shifted, or Dead/Duplicate (ASD) and who could not be contacted even after 3 or more visits by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are shared with the Booth Level Agents (BLAs) nominated by the district presidents of political parties, as was done before the publication of the draft electoral rolls during the Bihar SIR.

In this regard, approximately 5 lakh BLOs from all 12 SIR-going states/union territories will hold booth-wise meetings with more than 12 lakh BLAs of political parties and hand over the ASD lists to them.

This is to ascertain the exact status of each such voter included in the ASD list so that any errors can be rectified even before the publication of the draft electoral rolls.

This step is in line with the Election Commission’s commitment that no eligible voter is left out.

Upon the publication of the draft electoral roll, and as was also done during the Bihar SIR, the booth-wise/assembly constituency-wise/district-wise ASD lists in all 12 SIR-going states/union territories will be made available on the websites of the respective DEOs/DMs (district-wise) as well as on the CEO’s website, and will also be available in EPIC (ID card)-searchable mode.
