FIR against RES Engineers

     Ambikapur, October 04, 2011: Chhattisgarh Administration today directed the local authorities to lodge FIR against two engineers of the Rural Engineer Services and suppliers for alleged irregularities in the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in Sarguja district.

    Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer has asked the local authorities to lodge criminal cases against the Sub Engineers Yogesh Kumar Khande and P R Andilya and Assistant Engineer P K Shrivastava and some suppliers for irregularities in MGNREGS works in Ramanujganj police station area, official sources said here.

     Officials claimed, with out supply of materials payments had been made for construction of stop dam at Sutia rivulet, WBM road and other works for which the local authority has been asked by the Zilla Panchayat CEO to lodge FIR against the officials and people involved in that matter.
