I am not aware: Education Minister

     Raipur, August 04, 2015: School Education Minister Kedar Kashyap today said he was not aware about the controversy over someone was appearing in the examination in place of his wife Shanti.

      “I am not aware about the incident as I am away from the capital,” Kedar Kashyap said.

      At the Lohandiguda Government Higher Secondary School of Bastar District, in the final MA English examination instead of Shanti Kashyap someone else was appearing in the exam, officials said.

     When officials reached the Centre and started probing the identity of the girl who was appearing for Shanti, the girl slipped out of the room silently without revealing her original identity.

       Lohandiguda Tehsildar had also reached the School and initiated action on the matter, officials said.
