Raipur, February 3, 2024: Senior IPS officer Rahul Bhagat was today appointed Secretary to the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai.
Rahul Bhagat is a 2005 batch IPS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre.
Bhagat was currently functioning as the Inspector General of the Range Rajnandgaon.
Bhagat is known was a matured, polished and composed officer, who had earlier also served Vishnu Dev Sai when he was Central Minister.
“With immediate effect the services of Rahul Bhagat is being handed over to the General Administration Department and on deputation he is being posted as the Secretary in the Chief Minister Secretariat,” a State Government order said
