Raipur, June 8, 2009: Senior IAS officer K D P Rao today took over charges as the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Secondary Board of Education and the Professional Examination Board.
Previously charges of both the organizations were with the Bijay Kishore Sundar Ray and after his retirement the state government had appointed Principal Secretary Prafulla Kumar Dalai in that post.
However, the state government changed that order and subsequently posted Rao as the Chairman of both the organization.
Rao was earlier posted as the Secretary Labour in the state government.
