Magistrate probe in to Sulangi Encounter

     Kanker, October 02, 2011: Chhattisgarh administration has ordered for a magistrate probe into the Maoists Police encounter, in which two BSF personnel were killed on June 26 last.

     Sub Divisional Officer Pakhanjur H C Nag would head the Magistrate probe into the June 26 Sulangi Awaspara incident, officials said here.

     District Collector N K Xaxa has ordered the Magistrate probe into the incident led by Nag, they said.

     In that incident one head constable and one constable of the BSF and at least one Maoist were killed.
