Raipur, August 18, 2010: Chhattisgarh Government today announced the name of the magistrate, who would probe the unnatural death of a convicted prisoner.
Madho Singh, aged 39, a resident of Daniya under police station Bori of Durg district died at the Ambedkar Hospital Raipur on August 7, last, officials said.
The state government had decided to go for a magistrate probe into the death of the convicted prisoner and named a magistrate for that, they said.
Executive Magistrate K K Bakshi of Raipur has been asked to probe into the death.
Meanwhile, Bakshi has sought information from the people on or before September 2, next on any information about the death of Singh.
