Jagdalpur, April 11, 2015: In a fierce gun battle with Maoists seven Special Task Force (STF) security personnel were killed today in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh, police said.
Seven STF personnel were killed in a Maoist ambush in Pidmelpara area of Sukma district, the police officials said.
In that gun battle ten STF personnel were also injured, they added.
Rescue operation was being hampered due to heavy rainfall in the area.
