Bhopal, May 29, 2010: Chhattisgarh Governor Shekhar Dutt today stressed for participation of the people in government schemes to achieve total success.
Addressing a workshop on Good Governance, Dutt, also a former Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS, called thin governance and more participation of the people to successfully implement any of the welfare schemes.

Development has to be separated from politics. Every citizen wanted honesty and transparency in the system and every government should incorporate that in their policy, Dutt said.
