Raipur, August 18, 2026: Enthusiastic participation from students and citizens was witnessed on the fourth day of the seven-day photo exhibition organized by the Chhattisgarh Public Relations Department at the historic Town Hall in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh.
Through photographs, students explored the freedom struggle, the struggles of Chhattisgarh’s brave freedom fighters and tribal heroes, the glorious 150-year journey of ‘Vande Mataram,’ and the state’s development trajectory; they also participated eagerly in an informative quiz.
The activity of coming on stage to answer questions boosted not only the students’ knowledge but also their self-confidence.

A highlight of the exhibition’s quiz was that it was not limited to mere questions and answers; instead, students were introduced to the lives, struggles, and contributions of Chhattisgarh’s freedom fighters and tribal heroes through a playful, engaging format.
Students remarked that while they had read about the freedom struggle in books, learning about their state’s heroes through such a quiz was a novel and fascinating experience.
Officials and staff from the Public Relations Department are providing detailed information on the various themes displayed at the exhibition to visiting students, teachers, and citizens. Visitors are being informed about the freedom struggle, Chhattisgarh’s cultural heritage, tourism, development, and various government schemes.
Visitors are also being provided with the ‘Janman’ magazine and booklets detailing the development journey of Chhattisgarh state. This ensures that even after leaving the exhibition, people carry with them comprehensive information about the state’s achievements and development initiatives.
