Rajesh Sukumar Toppo full time DPR Chhattisgarh

     Raipur, September 24, 2016: Rajesh Sukumar Toppo was today given a warm farewell by the SC and ST Welfare Department.

     In a special function at Mantralaya, Department officials shared their work experiences with Toppo, who has been made the full time Director of Public Relations Department and also Chief Executive Officer Chhattisgarh Samvad.

     The Department officials also welcomed Emil Lakra, a 2004 batch IAS who on September 20, last was made the Commissioner Tribal and SC Welfare Department and Managing Director State Antyavysai Vitta avam Vikash Nigam, the posts earlier held by Toppo.

     In the function, officers from the Department underlined the works carried out under the leadership of Toppo, a 2005 batch IAS.
