Raipur, December 19, 2008: Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh and Leader of Opposition Ravindra Choubey today went to Delhi to meet their leaders.
Singh met the Premier Dr Manmohan Singh and reiterated the demands of the state and discussed on some other issues, officials said.
The Chief Minister is also scheduled to meet top BJP leaders to discuss the names to be included in his council of ministers, as he was currently the only man in his cabinet.
Meanwhile, Choubey is to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi to express his gratitude for selecting him to lead the Congress Legislature Party.
