Bilaspur, April 18, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today categorically stated that his party BJP will not abolish the caste reservation system in the country.
Congress is spreading false information that the BJP will remove the quota system in the country if BJP comes to power in both the Chhattisgarh and at the Centre, Sai told an election rally at Bilaspur before filing of nomination for BJP candidate Tokhan ram Sahu.
“It has no basis,” said the Chief Minister saying since Congress has no works, they have been spreading such things.
Besides Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also clarified this in his Khairagarh meeting that the reservation will continue, he said.
“As long as BJP is in power reservation for SC, ST and OBC will never end,” Chief Minister Sai told the election rally at Bilaspur city.
He also appealed to the people of the state to vote for BJP and make all the 11 Lok Sabha candidates victorious.
