Raipur, May 12, 2010: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today shifted Alok Awasthi to the State Secretariat and in his place posted Ritu Sain.
Sain, a 2003 batch direct recruit officer was Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat Rajnandgaon and in her place no one has been posted.
The 2002 batch IAS Awasthi has been posted as the Labour Commissioner, a General Administration Department order said here today.
Awasthi was made the District Collector of Korea on May 20, 2009.
Awasthi would take over charges of Commissioner Labour from Principal Secretary Vivek Dhand.
However, the order clarified that the rest of the posts of Dhand would remain unchanged including that of the post of Principal Secretary Labour.
