SAIL Chairman discusses with CM Raman on BSP expansion

     Raipur, January 30, 2016: Newly appointed Chairman of the Steel Authority of India Limited P K Singh today met the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh.

     SAIL Chairman discussed with the Chief Minister about the expansion works of the Bhilai Steel Plant, official sources said.

     Currently the BSP has the capacity of 5.40 million tons, which would be increased to 7.5 million tons once the expansion work is over.

     BSP Chief Executive Officer S Chandrasekharan was also present during the meeting.
