Raipur, September 25, 2008: Assistant Public Relations Officer of the Government of Chhattisgarh Shailendra Upadhyaya passed away today.
Ever smiling Upadhyaya had a sudden death today.
Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, who is also holding the portfolio of Public Relations, had expressed deep sorrow over the death of Upadhyaya.
Along with Secretary Public Relations and Director Public Relations, N Baijendra Kumar and Umesh Dwivedi respectively, all the officials and employees of the DPR also expressed deep sorrow and besides officials, media persons and people from all walks of life were present during his last rite.
