Sonmoni Borah new Secretary Women, Child Development

     Raipur, March 29, 2016: Sonmoni Borah was today appointed as the Secretary Women and Child Welfare Department by the Chhattisgarh Government.

     Borah was Divisional Commissioner Bilaspur.

     Borah has been given the additional charge of Secretary Social Welfare, Sports, youth Welfare.

     Borah is 1999 batch IAS, who had done an excellent job during his stint at Bilaspur whether during sterilization death crisis or drought relief.
