Raipur, December 23, 2015: Winter session of the Chhattisgarh Assembly was ended today with a noisy note, although on the concluding day the house took up 24 call attention motions.

Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today tabled the Judicial Commission probe report on the sterilization cases of Bilaspur district on the last date of the winter session.

The main opposition Congress also demanded their adjournment motion be taken up against the outsourcing of teachers’ job in the State education department.

However, Speaker Gouri Shankar Agrawal had rejected that and did not allow the Congress to move their adjournment motion. Protesting that, the Congress members created an uproarious scene in the house.

The winter session had also been witnessed to several adjournment or walkout from the opposition bench on various issues.
