Raipur. October 03, 2011: The Rajyotshav 2011 would be organised at the same old place of Science College Ground instead of the Naya Raipur, officials said today.
After a high level meeting Chaired by Chief Secretary P Joy Oomen, officials said the Rajyotshav would be organised from November 01 at the Science College Ground here.
Earlier officials had claimed that the Rajyotshav would be organised at the Naya Raipur from 2011.
The celebration of the formation of Chhattisgarh would be organised from November 01 to 07, they said.
However, at the district level the celebration would be from November 02 to 04, they clarified.
Carving out from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh was created on November 01, 2000.
