Jagdalpur, December 04, 2011: A Magistrate inquiry has been ordered into the alleged custodial death of a rape accused in Kodenar police station of Bastar District in Chhattisgarh.
Tokapal Sub Divisional Magistrate Lina Kosam would probe the death of Balram Soni, officials said here.
Soni, a rape accused, was found dead allegedly in police custody on October 20, last in Kodenar Police Station.
Executive Magistrate Kosam has asked people to submit evidences, if any, on or before December 10, in connection with the death of Soni, an official release said.
