Raipur, December 25, 2011: BJP government in Chhattisgarh today celebrated the birth day of former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee as the Good Governance Day.
On the occasion of Sushasan Diwas Public Relations Department had organized photo exhibition both at district and state levels.
Vajpayee would remain in the heart and mind of the people of the country, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said inaugurating such an exhibition at town Hall Raipur.
It was Vajpayee who put India at par with other nuke-power nations, Singh said.
The people of this state would remain indebted to the former prime minister for ever for creating Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand states, he said and wished Vajpayee a long life.
