Raipur, February 28, 2014: 1981 Batch IAS Vivek Kumar Dhand today took over charges as the new Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh.
Dhand took over charges from Sunil Kumar, a 1979 batch IAS.
After taking over charges, Dhand told reporters, smooth conduct of parliamentary election was his immediate priority.
