Raipur, April 22, 2025: A 2010 batch IAS Dr Saransh Mittar has taken charge as Commissioner of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Department of Chhattisgarh Government.
Dr Mittar reached the Commissioner’s office yesterday and took charge. During this, senior officers of the department and the President and members of the Departmental Employees Union greeted him.
After taking charge, he interacted with the staff and enquired about the departmental schemes like Scholarship, Authorities, Forest Rights Act, PM Janman, Dharti Aba Janjati Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, Construction Branch and other schemes along with the departmental officers and gave necessary instructions, official sources said today.
On this occasion, Additional Director Sanjay Gaur, RS Bhoi, Jitendra Gupta, Tarakeshwar Devangan, Deputy Commissioner LR Kurre and Menaka Chandrakar and Executive Engineer Trideep Chakraborty were present.
