Raipur, October 11, 2008: Just days ahead of the announcement of the schedule for the state assembly election, Chhattisgarh Government has transferred six of his police officers, including one attached to the Home Minister Ram Vichar Netam.
Assistant Commandant of the Fourth Battalion Sweta Rajamani has been transferred to Third Battalion as Deputy Commandant. However, she will continue to remain attached to the Home Minister, a state government order said.
The Home Department order yesterday said Awapalli Sub Divisional Police Officer of Bijapur district Rajesh Kukreja is transferred as Zonal Police Superintendent of Special Branch, Bhilai in Durg district.
D R S Uikey has been transferred to Fifth Battalion, Bastar, as Assistant Commandant from Additional SP Atrocities Crimes Bastar.
D S Maravi, current Assistant Commandant of the Jungle War-fare Training School, Kanker has been posted in the same organisation as Deputy Commandant.
Sub Divisional Police Officer Pathalgaon, Jashpur, Shyamdas has been posted in Eleventh Battalion CAF Janjgir as the Deputy Commandant, the order said.
Similarly Hemant Kumar, Additional SP Anti-Corruption Bureau has been posted as Zonal Police Superintendent of Special Branch Raipur.
