Raipur, March 17, 2026: To ensure that the general public of Chhattisgarh should not faces inconvenience regarding registration-related matters, and to guarantee the smooth and timely execution of registration tasks during the final days of the 2025-26 financial year, the Government of Chhattisgarh has taken a significant decision: all registration (stamp and document) offices across the state will remain operational even on selected holidays.

According to the directives issued, all registration offices within the state will remain open on March 22, March 28, March 29, and March 31, 2026—functioning just as they would on normal working days. On these dates, all related services—including the registration of documents—will be available as usual.

The objective behind this government decision is to provide additional convenience to citizens, enabling them to complete their pending registration tasks in a timely manner, official sources said.

This arrangement has been specifically implemented to accommodate the anticipated surge in demand for registration services during these days, particularly in light of the approaching end of the financial year.

The State Government has appealed to the general public to make the most of this special facility by completing their registration-related tasks on the designated dates, thereby avoiding unnecessary crowding and last-minute hassles, they said.
